I HIGHLY recommend Bill Hudson of Providence Insurance. When my home and auto insurance came up for renewal in October 2023, I was dismayed to see a huge rate increase from my usual provider. Bill diligently shopped around and found me new providers and policies for both that were not only $1,300 a year *LESS* than my renewal offers but actually increased my coverage! Only giving one star because I am required to give something. Bill as our broker was unaware that our insurance lapsed (in May) due to the company he wrote for us going out of business. When I called (in Octobber) he said State auto went out of business and Safeco was suppose to rewrite all of their policies and for some reason yours was overlooked. When I asked why and how he missed that he said that he has over three hundred customers and that happens and also that he was never notified, I said it sounds like you have too many customers and his response was yup so I trust you can find someone else. I am not one to leave reviews but as a business owner myself I would not treat customers like second class citizens and mention that I have too many so my services will reflect that. There are

Bill is ultra-responsive to calls, texts and emails which is so important for us. Not only in getting information on insurance pricing, but we know in the event of an emergency - this will be crucial for us! We were amazed at how much money we're going to save every year by switching our insurance. Our policy amounts and coverage all stay the same and we're going to save over $600 annually.
