Propel Insurance

Called Propel Insurance to file a claim. I got transferred to some guy named Ken Strong. He acted like the claims department. Turns out he is an employee of propel insurance just screening the claims. He was very rude, and he kept giving attitude and talking under his breath while taking down information of the accident, acting like a know it all. We asked him for a claim and number, and said that the claims doesn't give out a claim # until the investigation,and gave us the run around of how it will take a long time, and how the claims won't respond to my claim, and it's best to use my insurance, and subrogate.
