Pronto Insurance

If I could give it no stars I would I call the uvalde pronto and they always put me on hold for up too long up to 30 mins to an hour and then when I finally get someone from there they give attitude to you over the phone. I call several times to make sure someone will get me and still get placed on hold before I even have a chance to explain what Im calling for.. When I just want to make a payment? They need to change the people there honestly, with there attitudes. If there all having bad days all the time then leave. Some people like myself are just trying to make a simple payment and they dont want to take it but rather put me on a 30 mins to an hour hold ? Wow...🙄 I rather call the main number on the bill instead of this local one I thought it would be faster when it's actually the ot

The staff are great and thorough. I have appreciated them taking care of my needs.

Pronto Insurance is very nice to me , they greet me and answer questions I mat have to ask. The're very prompt and everytime i visit they treat me fair. I enjoy them being my insurance company.

The gave me a quote at first of $158. Then when we went in person, they told us a much higher price, until i reminded the agent on what i wanted covered. He then remembered..

I called at 2:45 trying to pay before they close at 3 while I’m at work Nd they had me on hold for like 30 mins just for they can hang up on me I’m definitely taking my business elsewhere
