Didn’t like how the old lady Maria forgot to give my husband and I our Title. We had to drive back and get it. She never called to advise us or anything. She should be more focused in her job instead of being giggly and playful with men customers. If you come here make sure you double check she gives you back all your documents.
Terrible customer service,they allowed my policy to cancel twice and never bothered to call as a courtesy call to remind of policy due. All they are concentrating on is on commission.
STAYY AWAYY!! Very cheap rates but this insurance company won’t cover your vehicle in any accident they find any little excuse not to cover you and they won’t even hear your story on what happened. I’ve been with them for over 4 years and they do this to a loyal customer! Now am stuck with a totaled car! Moral of the story just pay more for a bigger insurance company it’ll save you. Overall Karina the manager was so sweet and helpful!
