I had full coverage, when I got into an accident they didn't do nothing to help me fix mine or the other person's car. They kept directing us both to different people and none of them were any help. They would always transfer us and we then would get a voicemail machine, we left tons of messages and nobody ever called us back!! I dropped them once all that happened. It's been almost a year now!! Horrible insurance!!
The lady was very helpful and friendly. She got me cheaper then what the quote had said online and I saved well over 150 bucks by switching to them. Amazing.
Very fast, the girls are very sweet. I went in on a really bad day and she could tell I had been crying. She handled my business and asked me a few times if I was ok and I could tell she meant it.
