these guys are very tricky, they will add services you don't need to your policies like roadside assistance. Its a 30.00 fee and your covered for the 6 months but when the employees just add it to your policy and don't tell you about it that is committing fraud. I'm pretty sure that these guys get some kind of incentive/commission for adding roadside assistance, now that's stealing money off the customers to commit payroll/commission fraud. "SHAME ON YOU ALL" Customers you have to be very clear that you do not want any extras and no roadside assistance because these guys are trained to add services with out consent of there customers!!!!!!!! This has been going on for years now, at 60.00 a year :-/ Put 1 star just to post

Great customer service and you just can’t beat their rates. I did get upset at myself for not having made the switch sooner though!

Rates went up.....wayyyyyy too much.....you just lost my business......laterz!!!!

The employes are very polite and helpful at all times
