Horrible, every time you call up there they put you on hold for a long time and then when you call to get a quote one person tell you a price and then somebody else tells you another price Im over it I’m going elsewhere, they are rude and disrespectful and I will never come back I rather pay more than to deal with them. Y’all need to fire the whole crew, start over

Strongly DO NOT recommend company. Heaven forbid you change your mind about continuing your coverage through them. You’ll wait forever if owed a refund owed to you. Very unprofessional place of business.

I went in to pay my insurance and they wouldn't let me because I didn't have a mask. Now I am aware of covid 19 bit if ur a business and ur going to make that a requirement then I feel they should provide the maske for you. I live on SSI and dont get out much plus live on a limited income. I had to go back home and spend $5 extra for paying my bill over the phone. What sense does tht make???
