Pronto Insurance

Prices have always been good with me and the services are professional. I have been with Active Insurance since they were station next to Mikes Furniture on Ashland and across from what use to be K-marts, sure that is a long time. Smiles.

I called a few minutes ago and this is the second time that one of these representatives are rude. Everything seems to go well but as soon as you ask a question or don’t have certain document on hand, or don’t provide what they ask right away, they are rude and talk to you with an attitude. Very unprofessional! They should train these women better because clearly they suck at customer service. ✌️ The only good thing is they’re cheaper than other car insurance company. But they will start to lose clients if these unhappy “ladies” don’t talk nicely and professional.

Been using them since 18 years old good service,very quick on paperwork, same staff since I started here ! Only thing that I don’t like is rental car service setup when something happens to your car ! They don’t pay for it they reimburse your money up to $20 a day for 10 days and rentals are $45 plus that sucks big time !

Failed customer service go to the freeway insurance fast easy 30$ a month and respectful

I had this insurance some years ago. Never had a problem with them. Things changed and I decided to go to another company but now I'm coming back to Active! And most importantly, they're saving me money! That makes me very happy. :)
