I had purchase several vehicles personally here with Proguard to cover me, and I had no problems using them at all. Also, selling Proguard is very easy. Whenever I was confused about the warranties, I would either call or text Rob, and he would respond immediately. He is extremely knowledgeable about the products and what they cover. Audrey is the best rep ever at proguard. We always have great experiences. Lenny in claims also is very knowledgable. We would like to see a faster and better steamline claims process in the future - it takes too long to get claims approved. Other than that, they are great!
