Worst insurance company ever!! You pay an arm and leg for full coverage insurance! I had an accident that I was not at fault for to be exact a hit and run. And they still mark it as at fault and make ur points get higher with other insurance company’s. So it makes it more expensive to get insurance else where! Not just that to file a claim you have to consistently call to make sure they are working on it and technically baby sit them to do their job. Transfer you to the wrong person consistently. JUST A WASTE OF TIME! Highly do not recommend getting insurance through progressive! Worst insurance company ever!
