I would also leave them a zero star if I could. They are the worst company to have a claim with. I impacted something under water on Oct. 1 2025. The adjuster came out and agreed and opened a claim. It is now the middle on January 2026 and I have been fighting with them this whole time to pay to fix my boat. I was doing 60 mph fown the water. Slowed down to turn around and impacted something. Then I was going 10 mph and they claim that my boat just broke. Had nothing to do with tge impact at all. My mechanic with 30 years experience told them it was an impact but I guess the adjuster for progressive knows more. If I could leave zero stars, I would. A log truck rolled off a 35 mph hwy into my driveway totalling everything with a motor, 2 were our daily drivers. He is insured through Progressive. They acted like I could have gone to work. 60,000 lbs of cedar blocked my driveway, totalled our rigs, but I might have been able to get out?? They didn't pay off the loans on the wrecked vehicles. They gave me 3 days notice to return the rental car while I was on a yearly anniversary trip out of state. When I mentioned getting a lawyer, Bridget told me to go ahead but I wouldn't get any more money. If we get notes from our employers saying we were scheduled to work we might get paid for 1 day off work. Progressive canceled my policy without clear explanation. I tried to contact underwriting to understand the reason, but they didn’t allow me to get any information. I’m disappointed in the lack of transparency and communication.

Terrible. Customer service representative for our accident was extremely hard to get a hold of, didn't return calls, and was a complete disappointment in communication. With all the Progressive offices in Cleveland and surrounding areas, I had to deal with a representative in Maryland who was clearly uninterested in helping. Perhaps, less commercials and more customer service. Aweful.
