Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Do not go to this insurance company. They will lie to you and not cover for damages. Gave me thousand less for my repair and I had to drive around with a messed up vehicle. Strong warning. Make a better choice than commiting this mistake.

I have been with them more than 20 years, I called a couple weeks ago to check auto insurance rates and quotes. I also got a quote online. I sent all info in including the quote ( half of what I currently pay), the best they could do is $ 30 off current rate. I feel betrayed and ripped off

I can't really complain, got into an accident recently but they didn’t particularly give me any hassle, and claim was processed and paid out in a week. I honestly wish I could’ve continued with them but my rate went up too much as a result, so I ended up swapping afterwards.

This claims department is the absolutely worse in the business, I have a 0 deductible glass repair and they wanted be to pay $750 because it was vandalism case, at this point Jennifer was screening my calls and avoiding voice mails and John fisher her supervisor called and try to switch up the whole claim and pretended as this was rt what they was doing im leaving this 1star review would be 0 star if I could leave one, my windshield has been broke for 30days in counting if yall are reading this please hurry up and fix my damn windshield so I can move on all these insurance companies are running big time scams these people took over 1500 for 2 months and dont want to fix my windshield lol progressive and claims department are a real joke

I switched to Progressive in April a few days later someone tried to steal my car in vandalize a few days later April the 18th being exact I file a claim with progressive with the young man named John then Crystal Hernandez called me and took over my claim from that day She was in and out of the office I sent in paperwork, gave them my friends and family name and number for the INVESTIGATION and I had to be the work that Monday so I went out and got a rental thinking that progressive would reimburse me and take over the rental agreement. Progress gave me so much hassle with my claim they called everyone their verified all my information and still no communication I had to go into the Savannah office feeling so violated and so upset that the Manager there helped me get a rental two weeks
