Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Progressive customer since 2016 - experienced a small accident that left my paid off car totaled. I thought that there is no way I will get a fair Actual Cash Value for my little 2018 kia hybrid with over 100k on it. The check they wrote was compareable to all the available Kias of that age in my area and exceed my expectations by almost $2k. Professional, communicate well, Raven that help me was awesome. Never thought I'd leave a 5 start for an insurance co. LOL but Progressive has us covered and beyond that, helpful and kind. Thanks Raven at Progressive! Had to edit this review. Been a customer for 13 years. And have been flat out lied to and told that they dont have to help me with my claim and the other persons insurance and then hung up on before. Filed a claim 16 days prior and claim was closed with no notification and no solution and was left on my own to solve the issue by Kevin Aquino. Rates go up service goes downhill fast. As soon as my policy is up ill happily go with any other company, Update: saddly this is not the first time with this situation and thats why i am leaving a review, two claims in a row years apart from eachother, same customer service

Please let AI take over already. Call in bc the site isn't intuitive, sometimes it's just not working. "It's down" - after you've entered all of your info of course. Need an rv policy? Great, call the RV line where you'll enter all your info. The rv line is actually the HR dept so you'll be transferred...click. Hey, call again, you've got nothing better to do. Finally get the right person? You'll have to submit photos to an email that goes to a fax machine no one checks, so don't expect to hear back. Just wait for an email you can't respond to so you can call back, be treated like a stranger, bc you're not in the system. You think you are special? Pfff. Hope, to the good Lord you never have to file a claim. I'm sure they'll really have your best interest in mind then.

This is an edit to a negative review that I previously made. Although Progressive may have been a little slow in there process I can understand why as they are dealing with many claims at the same time. When all was said and done everything came out just fine Jennifer Horton was very helpful and attentive with my claim. Progressive you're alright in my book!

Woman at the front desk (Karen I think?) was very knowledgeable and helpful and got our issue resolved very quickly. She helped us with more issues than required and we appreciated her great customer service.
