Horrific experience with this company. My car was rear ended and the other driver (Progessive customer) was deemed at fault. Progressive gave me claim number and assigned Marquette H. as my claims adjuster. It all went downhill from there. She was rude, unavailable. I reached out to her supervisor to assist getting my rental car set up and she (Ms. Soto) never returned my call to assist. Finally, I was able to reach someone else to get that taken care of. A year ago, I almost choose Progressive as my carrier. I'm so glad I didn't! Worse experience ever!

Poor experience. Back in July, my policy payment was raised because of accidents i was in. That's fine, obviously that is what insurances do. However, when I called, they had me sign 2 forms to try and lower the rate, they told me a specific amount that I was told would be on August's month payment. I signed the forms, and submitted them July 21st. Few weeks later, I get requests in my email for the same exact form needing to be filled out. I called customer service right away and asked them if they had received the form. They said they had received the form, it was just processing. Cool, no worries then. Until today when I checked my emails, and I'm still receiving more of the same. Called today, and was told "Oh we didn't actually process that, I'm not sure why" They "Fixed it

This company will fight your claim every which Way possible, especially when it's their insured at fault. This was absolutely the worst insurance claim I ever had to deal with.

Worst company imaginable. Scam artists at the very highest level. Awhile back my car insurance lapsed for a couple weeks when going through some rough financial times while switching jobs. I soon reinstated the plan (which cost almost 3x more than the monthly premium for some crazy reason). About four months later, my car was stolen. They told me I’m SOL and won’t do anything for me because somehow the lapse that occurred months ago made me ineligible. How does it even make sense that something from the past makes me ineligible now when I paid everything needed to reinstate it?? Now, not only do I not have a car, I have to continue making loan payments on a car that I don’t even have because Progressive refuses to pay out the coverage I should be getting. However, I feel compelled to bring to your attention an extremely unprofessional encounter with one of your adjusters, Sandra Lincoln.
