I'm not a progressive customer. I was hit by one of their patrons. They treated me like one of their own . The lady handed me a check with courtesy and a smile, and made me feel like her next door Neighbor.
They are ridiculous. You pay your premium. Which they constantly lose or say they did receive and you screenshot it show proof that it was actually paid and came out to your bank account and then on top of thatThey get thousands of dollars a year no accident no issues no laps and then when you finally have an accident, they don’t want to pay out especially when your policy fully covers you or if they do pay out they make you wait excessive amount of time Which is ridiculous with that being said I will be following a formal complaint with a higher up. This is ridiculous. And this company will be reported
I haven’t had a problem until now. Heaven forbid I try to stay with Progressive and see about lower rates with them. Of course this apparently instigates this issue where you end up with multiple accounts and then they’re double billing you and saying you’re missing payments. I’ve sent screenshots of the money coming from my account and should only have one account for the one vehicle I own. I clearly called multiple times about this issue throughout the month of November to get it fixed and then they still took a double payment meaning I can’t make my rent. Then they don’t want to fix it because I approved recurring payments for a policy I should only be paying $146 in the middle of each month for. Now I can’t pay rent and the people I am speaking with don’t want to hear what I am saying,
The most pleasant, friendly, professional people i have dealt with in a long time at a business.
They charge you for you to pay them . Making record profits so they got to charge you for the opportunity to pay them.
