Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

The worst company. They do not explain things properly. I was told that my payment would come out a certain date. Payment was withdrawn 3 days early. I called and was told you don't have a due date for renter's insurance. It just comes out every 30 days. They don't let you move the date either. This is my last month with Progressive. I would rather pay more with Geico than to deal with them! Would give them 0 stars if I could!

This is becoming the worst experience of my life. This has flipped my world upside down. And it’s causing me symptoms of PTSD. And the accident wasn't even my fault. And they are still treating me like crap. This is my first time dealing with Progressive. They make some of the best commercials in the world. And I definitely love FLOW. But the commercials are not reality. They try to pay you pennies on a dollar. They hold up your vehicle forever. While lying to you about they’re gonna take care of it. And as a Veteran, Who stepped up and offered his life for his country.I’ve never been treated like this before in my life. And yesterday was Veterans Day. And they kept lying to me back to back to back. I saw them on the news yesterday given away two cars to two veterans on Veterans Day. And

I'd give negative stars if I could. The dispatcher passed us from one agent to another, none of which will contact us or go see the car. The car has been in the shop for 2 weeks and Progressive has just ghosted everyone. I never had this problem with Geico or State Farm. I will be leaving Progressive once the claim is settled. DO NOT SIGN WITH PROGRESSIVE. RUN, RUN, RUN AWAY!!!! Horrifying service level.

My wife was in a accident that wasn't her fault. The other person had a stop sign & failed to yield. The adjuster Douglas Rudd refused to answer the phone most of the time. We had to call the 800 # just to get info on the progress. I called this morning & he basically told me to leave him alone. It's people like Douglas who give Progressive a bad name & cause people to leave Progressive.

I wouldn't have this insurance for any amount of money in the world. They spend their customers money on the stupidest commercials and stiff their customers when they place a claim. I can't say enough bad things about this company. This post would not be seen by anyone, because Google would delete it. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THEIR INSURANCE.
