Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

A big shout-out to Progressive Insurance — truly outstanding service! I was recently involved in an accident with my wife's 2024 Acura MDX when another driver took a wide right turn and struck the driver-side rear door. The at-fault driver is insured with Progressive (I personally have been insured with USAA for 49 years). The claims experience with Progressive was exceptional from start to finish. Both the claims adjuster and Meaghan Cummings, who coordinated the entire process, were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were timely, thorough, professional, and highly responsive. Progressive Auto insurance added 500 dollars to my monthly payment that I did not authorize. They said it was because my son (who does not drive or even have a valid driver's licence) might use the car. This is bad faith practice and I don't know of any insurance company that does this. I'll change my auto and home insurance because of this scammer behavior. Same time and money and doing signe up with these petty criminals.

Don't be fooled by the commercials. They are WAY overpriced and when it comes down to paying out a claim (100% not at fault - confirmed) they are nowhere to be found, no info to be updated, and very poor attitudes when u try inquire. Never going back.

Unethical adjusters. They allow their customers to get away hurting other people and prove their customers innocent. I have a condition and one of their clients hit me and has caused me injuries that I have to deal with. Disgusting human beings. Hire new people instead of buying more commercials.

Would like to leave no stars, I have been with them 7 years, this past year they made me add my daughter who does not drive, to My policy, not tell me my rate would go up, when I signed new policy, if they did I would of found new insurance, then after research and talking to legal counsel to confirm, they are breaking the law forcing me to pay for a daughter when she is not a driver, on top of that, corporate office backs their associates lying to customers, and condones breaking the law, then heard the phone call that I had with associates, heard the lie, and the mislead information and said they didn't see that any compensation was nessasary because they did nothing wrong, so do not do service with progressive, they will lie to you then do nothing to make it right they know nothing ab
