Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Progressive is absolute fraud! They literally steal people’s money by giving horrible insurance coverage. One agent told me “no insurance companies give credit for staying loyal to a company”. I’ve never had an insurance company that does not lower your bill the longer you stay with them. Another agent told me if you have a car registered in your name (my sons car is currently sitting in a garage waiting for a new transmission) you have to still have coverage even if your not driving it. That was false!! My bill went up every 3 months and they told me for the same reason 6 months in a row. I have truckers that are insured with them and absolutely hate it! They don’t want to pay for any claims whatsoever, it takes them months and months to finally pay. I would never recommend progressive to

For business insurance Absolutely , ridiculous unreasonable insurance company. I Had the same rate for two years then they increase my rate from $86 to $133 with no explanation no budge to work with me and instead insist on removing things and lower my policies coverage .absolutely pathetic they do not care about customers and your just another product to them 0 stars!

If i could give 0 i would. Call center is infuriating and ill switch as soon as escrow stops having it wrapped in. Partner is also switching car insurance.

Progressive said they sent me a cancelation notice on my policy and sent it to the wrong address and told me its my fault. The address they had on file for me wasn't even in the same town I love in and wants me to pay past due balance for they're mistakes. I also put a claim in last summer and they never sent anyone out and never got back to me about it. I tried multiple times to get the claim in and now since .y policy got canceled due to they're mistakes they won't do nothing or talk to me about it. If you want scammed on a policy I would recommend them but otherwise i would find a different company

I switched to Progressive after a 34% hike in my homeowner's policy in 2023. I got a great rate with Progressive that was even lower than my previous years' rate, and a great rate for our two cars auto insurance. After only ONE YEAR with Progressive, my homeowner's insurance went from $522 to $908 - a 74% increase. I had file NO CLAIMS with Progressive. I called to see if I could get an explanation, and they had no answers to give. I even had them re-quote me, and after spending 20 mins on the phone with a rep, the rate they came back with was even higher. We had to deal with Progressive once during the last year for an auto accident that was not my husband's fault. They were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful in handling our query.
