Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

This review in not about the Company but about their sale agents, agents do not tell customers about things the company do NOT pay for. it seems the company does not either educate or makes it mandatory to have their agents disclose any NON - coverage clauses even though is the Law to inform consumers. The company itself is good their agents NOT. Consumers beware. The claim adjuster i have been dealing with Charlisa Williams shes been great so far very responsive, respectfull and very helpful the rest of company reps NOT so much.

After a bad accident and the party that caused the accident not having anything close to sufficient insurance, Progressive stepped up and covered things under my policy as I have that coverage. No arguments, no penny-pinching and a representative (Dria Holliman) who deserves a promotion, raise and a medal for her management of my claim. You might pay more for Progressive but they are there when you need them, hands down!

Spoke with an adjuster named Jeff that lied to me about a damage report submitted to his office by the body shop. When I asked to speak to his supervisor, he gave me the number to an automated system that does not return calls. Progressive illegally failed to cover the cost of damages to my truck. Then falsely blamed the body shop. We’ll be canceling our policy with Progressive and switch to USAA.

Northern Progressive does not want to fix my vehicle properly after I was hit by a commercial work truck. It has been one big hassle. This company is trash. They honestly only care about saving money. I have regular progressive and never had an issue. Northern progressive does not stand by anything and the agents are condescending and rude.

Progressive is an absolute scam. Everyone is right about them. Not only did they lie to me about extending me rental car period like they said they would after I called, but I also got $70 taken out of my bank account because the rental car business didn’t have an extension filed from progressive. And to make matters worse, progressive is only covering $1800 out of $4000 worth of damages that happened to my car, which was caused by a driver that is under progressive insurance. isn’t progressive supposed to pay the entire damage cost since the fault of the accident was not on me???
