Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

I do not recommend them, especially for commercial accounts. They almost doubled our rates after one year, with no claims. We paid ontime and somehow missed a $30 charge. their last invoice says it was a $60 late fee and that we owed $94. when our broker called they said the late fee was only $20??!? I think we all speak english but it feels they make it up as they go.

(I want to be clear - This was Progressive as a whole, not necessarily this office) Extremely poor claim handling and oversight. My claim was passed between multiple (7+) adjusters with long delays and no clear ownership. Repairs were allowed to continue after I explicitly stated in writing (9+ times) that they were not authorized, and serious issues were not addressed until I escalated repeatedly and demanded the estimate. Resolution only occurred after filing a complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance, forcing supervisor involvement. I would not trust Progressive to manage any claim without heavy supervision and scrutiny.

Super kind and helpful employees! I thoughtlessly didn’t make an appointment and they still happily helped with my needs when I came in. Great experience!

Been a 2-4 year customer to this insurance , on my car was hit by at fault driver , i payed my deductible to fix my car . Progressive said they would get my deductible money back but never did , after almost a year , they send me a letter saying they couldnt get my money back by the at-fault drivers insurance. Very disappointed , glad i switched I felt very scammed and uncommunicated

Progressive was very helpful with my incident I had! Covered and extended my rental as needed since I needed my transportation. Thank you for taking care of me during my time of need PROGRESSIVE!
