Progressive Insurance - Claims Office

Trying to reach the right people to talk to is more complicated than it should be AND the only claims offices or near by actual Progressive offices (not third parties) are an hour away. Not to mention the unprofessional claims representatives that NEVER answer their phone calls or emails in a timely manner.

You will be out of luck if you get hit by someone has progressive insurance they are the worst i have ever seen in my 40 years on earth and they people work in the company are the same google should start negative 5 star reviews

They added people onto my account from my old address. Their representatives keep saying that I have no pictures attached to my email for the waivers that I printed and signed to getvthese people off. They quickly took their payment the day off the due date unlike the previous payments which took 7 days to clear my account. I do not recommend this car insurance.

It'd be nice if they had a direct number to the office since my husband has an appointment to pick up a claim check and is stuck in traffic and the 1-800 number doesn't have an option for you to get transferred to the office. Cannot find a direct number anywhere. We are not customers, their customer hit us, so the 1-800 number is of no help, especially while he is in the car on in heavy traffic and can't be looking down at his phone searching. Hope they don't leave before he gets there.

DO NOT GET THEM!!! EVERY MONTH THEY CHARGE A DIFFERENT FEE AND THEY TELL YOU ITS BC PRICES ARE UP!! WE’VE HAD THEM FOR YEARS AND THEY RANDOMLY LOOK FOR PREVIOUS TENATS OF MY ADDRESS ,THEN CHARGED US FOE THEM ANS TOLD US THEY LIVE WITH US EVEN THOUGH WE NEVER MET THIS PERSON!! They also charge my mom for my little brother who’s 17 and never drove a car in his life but when I spoke to supervisor, they said it’s the “LAW” to charge for anyone over 16 EVEN IF THEY DO NOT DRIVE AND EVEN IF THEY ARE DISABLED!!!!!!!! They refuse to refund us for all the money they stole they say they will get back to us with a supervisor but when I call to check in on it , there was not even a note about my case so I keep getting robbed !!!!!!
