Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I was quoted and paid for a policy in good faith, only to have them tack on hundreds of dollars later over documentation that was never clearly or reasonably communicated as having such major financial consequences. Instead of working toward a fair solution — even after confirming I qualify for the discount — the response was essentially “pay it or we cancel your policy.” Customer service was completely inflexible, dismissive, and showed zero willingness to help resolve a situation that could have easily been handled with basic customer care. Threatening cancellation instead of helping a paying customer fix paperwork is unacceptable. Insurance is supposed to provide peace of mind. This experience did the exact opposite.
