The agents at this company are extremely unprofessional. I was referred to this agency by another commercial auto insurance company, and was met with anything but kindness by quote agent, Annemarie. Annemarie was not familiar with car rental service, Turo and wanted to berate me as if I was incompetent. All I needed was a quote or referral to another agency who could assist. Poor customer service.

I had an insurance for limo sedan car for almost 2 years, on December 2015 I canceled and the agent told me that I'll have a refund of my money because I put down $850, until now I did not receive any refund and he transfer the case to another agent in this company and every time they gave me different information. The refund should be over $500 and they said no, it will be only $232, I requested a document explaining how it came down to $232 and still no answer for it. Stay away from this company whatever it seems cheap for you it's not worth it. Again do not do business with them.
