i love my agent, herman merchan! herman’s response time is excellent! i have never had to wait for his call because he is so good! i have everything insured through him. he’s very patient, professional, extremely helpful and so easy to talk to. plus i have the same coverage on my car as i had with my old insurance company for a few hundred less than i was paying! i wish i had a clone of him at my bank, dr office, everywhere!
