After completing a self inspection, my homeowners policy was cancelled due to some plumbing and landscaping issues so I contacted Greg and asked him to find me a new policy. I somehow missed that there was a list of acceptable repairs provided by the insurance company and I wouldn’t have this policy today if Greg hadn’t brought it to my attention. Thankfully, after completing those repairs, my policy was reinstated. It's a great policy and I’m so happy with the outcome. It's good to have an agent who is paying attention!
