I went in and worked with Favi on what I hoped would be auto and home policies. She was great with the auto, got me an awesome rate with Progressive on the same day I went in, when most insurance companies are upping premiums. However, for the home quote, I thought I would get it the same day, but now two weeks later, I still haven't heard anything. I stopped by a few times and was told it was being worked on, given days when I would be contacted but never heard anything. I called and was told by the lady that answered she would give Favi a message to call me, but I never got a call. I wound up having to call progressive myself and get my own home insurance quote that I went with. Was really left disappointed in the end. Not sure if I can change agents but will definitely look into it wh
