Lucas did an AMAZING job with helping us with the whole process of purchasing our first home! He has so much knowledge and experience on anything about homes and loans. What stood out about him to me and my husband was his honesty. Before we found out about Lucas we saw one house with another relator and they were just pushing this house that was in bad shape on us. But Lucas is so far from that. He is very honest about everything; he points out everything he sees on the homes and tells us the pros and cons and what to expect. Lucas was also so patient with us and all our questions we had because all these house terms were very new to us. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had at any time of the day. He demonstrated his expertise and is experienced, helpful, wise, friendly, strategic, and has a great team supporting us in each step. They don't like to talk to you because I called to talk and discuss coverage and was asked for my eMail address so they can eMail me to send them all my personal information instead without first talking and finding out what I am looking for. I can understand sending or faxing information over to them AFTER a conversation has taken place but to do that up front and giving out all the personal information via eMail, an unsecure method, is not the way to go! The person's English communication was also poor.
