Biggest scammers. Went to a dental office and they confirmed my insurance. I just received a statement from my dental office and it seems that they only covered 20% of my dental fee. Been waiting on the phone for at least 25 minutes and still haven't heard anything. Some phone numbers on the website aren't even working. Can't seem to be able to reach them.

I have had the same experience with Premier Access not paying a valid claim for a cleaning. Premier is saying they sent my dentist a check for the cleaning. They provided a check number, amount, and date but refuse to supply a copy of the cancelled check to show the "check" was cashed. I'm now retired and am trying to get my former employer to help out with getting my money back. I paid them because I need to keep my dentist happy. Seems like all these reviews have "class action lawsuit", against this insurance company, written all over them.

Absolute worse. The name of the company is false. They’re in bed with Western Dental.which is thee absolute bottom of the barrel of scum for dental billing Contemplating lawsuit or possible class action regarding for access to care.as there are zero private practice providers on list wiling to contract with them . When you call off PA list they tell you they no longer contract with PA . I found one provider after a year of problems where customer care and complaints hours on phone and grievance went nowhere and I had the CFO on the phone! I had one teeth cleaning and was scheduled for second annual when without notice or contact they yanked their contract with my dentist and auto switched me to Western without my knowledge or permission. After my Dentist confirmed my insurance was in network, Premier Access refused to cover basic cleanings and xrays. The claims process was painful and I was ultimately told I was not covered.

Probably top five worst call centers I've dealt with in 15 years of customer service help requests. I was given at least seven different contacts today to get one answer about a surgery my Dr's said wasn't financially covered at all. I dont think they even know who to talk to because I still haven't reached anyone in two hours of calling different people that they told me to call or transferred me to. It could take me another to cancel my policy now.
