Preferred Personal Insurance

I can't speak for the whole agency, but I can speak to my experience with Nick Warner in the Irving office. Terrible customer service, unprofessional, and worthless agent. I called to get information about why our insurance was not paid and why we had been contacted about notice that our home insurance was to be cancelled NEXT WEEK. He blew me off, simply saying he hadn't received the check and "not to worry about it." Easy for him to say as its not his home, his insurance, his problem obviously... Never once did he offer to help sort the issue out, although he is our agent and that would be his job. But after an hour on the phone with our Title Company, the actual insurance company and our mortgage company, come to find out Nick's office received the check the day after our clos

Best decision I have made with my insurance. Great rates with A rated companies, customer service has always been great. They shop my rates from time to time to make sure I'm getting the best price and coverage. Anytime I have a question they are just a phone call away, couldn't recommend them higher.

I met with Bill Eubanks to review our policies - he was very thorough and honest with us. Great service!!!

Worst Customer experience! They do made unnecessary gestures and comments. Would never recommend them to anyone.
