I am so happy to have been referred here many years ago. All of my insurance policies were done by Steve, who is very patient. I was very happy with saving money. Mr. Pombo earned my complete respect the first time I met with him. I felt comfortable asking questions, and he answered in a way that I would understand. Everyone here is friendly and patient. If one person can't give you the answer, they find the person who can. They return calls quickly. I can't emphasize enough how patient everyone in the office is. They feel a lot like family. I am truly grateful for all of the people there and help with my finances.

We have been using Pombo now for several years for our car and home owners insurance. Debbie is always a pleasure to deal with. She makes the process so simple, answers all our questions and makes good suggestions on the best coverage for our family. Would highly recommend!

Rich took the time to speak to us personally. He helped us plan to get and stay Debt Free and begin to build a wealth managment program to fit our budget and our needs. That was two years ago. Very professional. I recommend this office to everyone. I always talk to Debbie. She is always ready to help and if she can't she send you to who can help you. Their is other staff in the office and when they are assisting me they have always been professional and helpful.
