Will Schwenning and the staff at Placer West Insurance have been responsive to our needs, professional in their communication and very generous with their time answering questions and concerns on both our home and auto policies. We had an issue while traveling with our fifth wheel and Will was very helpful in getting the appropriate help we needed. We were evacuated from our home for nineteen days because of the Caldor Fire and, once again Will filed the appropriate claims and got the paperwork and visitations started..
