PJ Stich - State Farm Insurance Agent

PJ was so knowledgeable and explained every policy option that was available for me. He was very respectful regarding my existing policy with an alternative agency, and in addition to more competitive pricing through State Farm, PJ made the experience personal which made the change an easy choice for me. When the day came to sign up PJ was efficient and mindful of my time, and helped to outline the next steps to discontinuing my current policy. Bonus: you’re provided a direct number to PJ rather than having to connect through an automated phone service… can’t beat the simplicity of communication!

I had the pleasure of working with Armando at my local State Farm branch on a couple of occasions. He assisted me with Auto Insurance coverage for my cars and renters insurance. I then needed to convert my renters policy to a homeowners policy He was very thorough in asking all the questions that he needed. I have had State Farm insurance for most of my life. It’s nice to speak to a local branch rather than just any customer service agent you might get with some of the other companies out there. I would definitely recommend them to work with on a more personal level and give you the attention you need.

I needed to find a new insurance agency and the office of PJ Stich was phenomenal! I spoke with Cory, she is the real deal, took her time answered my question and followed up to see if I had any further questions. Cory never pressure to me to make an immediate decision to go with State Farm as has been the case with other agencies that sold me her no pressure attitude you just don't find today. Highly recommend State Farm office in Winthrop Harbor. Customer Service was excellent, Armando went above and beyond to give me 10X more coverage for a much lower, more affordable rate.
