You guys have always been extremely easy to work with and you always take care of me , I’ve been with 3 companies and I can honestly say if this is my last one I would be more then happy they make everything extremely easy and my rate is insanely low tbh it’s crazy

It has been great working with Matt and the team at Pioneer Insurance. He has been very responsive to our inquiries and requests, timely answered our questions, and addressed the insurance needs for our remote mountain property. There have been several times when we quickly needed changes to our insurance and Matt has always come through for us. We had Erie prior to going to Arizona in 2015 Erie doesn't provide insurance in AZ. That is why we went to another insure. When we came back to the east coast, we went back to Erie. We are very satisfied with the service of Erie, however we were disappointed and surprised our rates went up so much just because we bought a new Subaru Forester. We traded our 2021 Subaru outback in on it. So when we saw how much it went up, it did surprise us, and the explanation did not seem logical to have that kind of an increase. We were going to see about our house insurance also, but since just our car went up so much we decided just to keep it where it is.
