Jamal was great!! He made the entire process extremely easy and taught me a lot about car insurance as we looking to obtain quotes. As a someone who was looking to obtain a my own policy for the first time, his help was greatly appreciated. Excellent service!

My customer service experience with Mr. Jamal was very splendid . I called in rage after receiving a bill in the mall that I didn’t quit understand and he was able to break the ice calm my demeanor all while explaining to me all the necessary things I needed to know about my insurance policy. I greatly appreciate his service this morning and definitely appreciate him taking his time to explain throughout my frustration.

Ms Robin is very helpful. You can tell that she loves what she do. She was so helpful alot of things I didn't understand and she too the time to explain and walk me through everything and I really appreciate it.
