Derek SHAKHSHIRE was the broker I had the good fortune to work with. He was a gifted communicator who was able to explain every option, pointing out the advantages and disadvantages of each option. We got the challenging process completed. I am very grateful for his expertise, patience and ability to explain everything. I felt respected and empowered in the process.

To have someone that I've never met before, be not only very helpful, but genuinely concerned that I make the right decisions for myself in regards to my medicare supplement. I am so very pleased with the attention and explanation of the services that Pinnacle Insurance Advisors provided for me today! My customer service representative, Scott Kreiser, called to remind me of a change I needed to make in my prescription plan, and we were able to make all arrangements over the phone during open enrollment period. He was able to answer all my questions about my Medicare supplement, and advised me on the best route to take with my new prescription plan. I am very happy with pinnacle insurance advisors! I feel that I can call them at anytime with questions, and get great explanations.

I agree with Paula’s review of 2 months ago. Sarah was the advisor that worked with me. I ended up with a policy that did not have even 1 local dentist in-network in a town of 25,000 residents. I would have to drive 30 miles to another town and state for in-network coverage. I could comment more but the point of my review is to warn consumers to be very careful. I did not receive good customer service from this company.

The advisor assisting us was wonderful. We had just moved to a new state and needed to change my coverage. My husband is just signing up for Medicare so both were handled efficiently while saving money. All questions were answered including many I didn’t know to ask. What was dread going into the process turned into a nice experience with laughs along the way. I highly recommend Pinnacle Insurance Advisors if you need help comparing advantage plans, gap plans, and what would work best for you.
