After been with this company for 10 years I regret it I never thought that I have been treated this way. I have been asking for 2 month to cancel the insurance for one of my car 2 month, and every time I get on the phone it’s the worst attitude, don’t they understand is my money shoe every proof and I called uhc again I been told that they been sending the wrong information to the department.. called Pini Insurance and they kept me on the phone over 20 min to tell me that I could hold on the phone because I was taking her line wow very very disappointed I never have been treated by anyone in that office! Finally I had to report to the Miami dade consumer Cause I think I should have to go through all those after I have sent all the information you ask for!!

I've worked in an insurance agency before; I understand that service and cancellation phone calls are not money-makers, and can distract the staff from spending their time selling new policies. My cancellation was a breeze and they followed up well after the call, as my situation was a unique case. While I found a different insurer that beat their rate, my phone interactions with this agency were very pleasant and prompt and I'd recommend this place to people who highly value customer service.

I was connected to this company when I bought my car a few years ago. The woman there has always been a miserable person. No customer service Desire. It is obviously not her business. I recently called in hopes I’d get someone else. I heard her answer and I should’ve just hung up. But I went ahead and asked her to quote me for my daughter who would be soon driving. She quoted me an amount and I told her I’d get back to her. 3 weeks later I have progressive calling me obligating me to add my daughter. I believe this agent in her desperate need to add another client ,went ahead and proceeded to reach out to Progressive and not prioritize me ,her client of many years. I would recommend you just call and you’ll know exactly who I’m talking about and then hang up and keep looking. Location off

I’ve had to deal with company for years cause they’re the “progressive” dealer and it’s real unfortunate too. Horrible customer service, I’m forced to speak in Spanish and they don’t reply to emails. They have their “owners” email as a contact and he never checks per the person that answers. Why is so hard to get a resolution to an issue with these people. I wish I could rid them. Do not use them. Especially is you speak English.

Dolores is great! She has a great customer service, very patient and understanding of the client’s needs. I’m satisfied because she was able to find me the insurance I needed at the right price. I highly recommend her!!
