Great company, very easy to work with. They are fast to process claims and I have never run into a payment issue with them. They have always answered all my questions in great detail and helped me when I was having issues with a doctors office not sending them the correct information. Very happy to have them providing my insurance benefits, you won't be disappointed!

Called about an ambulance bill $4300 they paid $800 stayed rest was over their allowable amount and i had to pay $3500 on top of the $5000 deductible i already.paid. whats a person to do go ER have to get transferred to bigger hospital say oh wait I.might die but let me call a friend transport me. I would never recommend this insurance to anyone. Have had horrible experience from the start First person I spoke to said no you don't have to pay remaining amount Second person said yes have to pay but it will count as deductible/copay Answer today Below Worst insurance ever Dec 31 I am done with them cannot wait

I still love PHP. I highly recommend them if you are able to choose them for your insurance.
