Phillips Insurance

I have had this agent less than 2 months. I cannot get a return call from them, have called office repeatedly and voice mailbox has been full for 2 weeks!! None of my emails have been returned and I know it is the correct email address for them because it is the one he sent my original insurance documents from. Obviously they do not care to talk to or respond to their clients but they sure make sure they keep collecting my monthly premium which is going to end!!

Love this place. My whole family have had our car insurance through them FOREVER! Ken Phillips and his sister are the nicest most laid back people you will ever meet. And to top it off, they really do have the cheapest prices around. My work sells the same brand of insurance that I have through Phillips, but, it is $15 more expensive per month for liability! My boss says that nobody can beat his rates...... Phillips insurance can!

Ken Phillips is a genuinely helpful, understanding, and salt of the earth guy. He and his business has my highest recommendation and respect.

Been with phillips for years. Generations of my family have used phillips. Ken is a great guy very down to earth and gives the best deal out there. I wouldn't use anyone else.
