The absolute worst people to try to get in contact with. Never return calls nor do they ever answer the phone. Of course, when I was signing up with them, their customer service was top-tier, but as soon as they had me on the hook, it was good riddance from there. Stay away.

I ussed their autowise App for towing my insuranced truck ( insuranced with them ).. .. rembersment spot BOX in app .. all screen shotted .. "" now they will not help me with any monetary rembersment.. " .. .. last summer they covered my tow for my car .. ect ec t ect "" they now tell me that they think that they can't help me ... """ I did not ask for a full rembersment... they never got back with me WITH ANY KIND OF A REASON AS TO WHY ... OR rembersment... .. still waiting.. Been over 40 days now .. "" i will update this post AS THINGS continue..

Called and cancelled my boat insurance due to selling the boat. Talked to Nathan and was told how much I was getting back. A month later still waiting on refund. Called and talked to Nathan. Paperwork still sitting on his desk and was told a completely different much lower refund amount. Will never do business with this company again. Customer service doesn't exist with this company.

I've been with this agency for over 35 years. No complaints. All of the agents I've dealt with have been very friendly, professional, & helpful. I highly recommend you contact them for any insurance needs you might have.

I went with this agent because they were close. When I got the business policies setup and tried to get Certificate of Insurance to customers, they were impossible to get a hold of. I tried calling, leaving voice-mails, sent emails...no response. I had to reach out to the issuer of the policy to ask for a transfer the experience was so awful with this agency.
