I was helped by Martin at state farm Clovis. He is very knowledgeable and got me and my wife insured. It was fast and he simplified the process. He sounded really caring and we were able to do it quickly. Surprised at the good prices we found with him. He explained everything through the process.

Do not do business with the Sanger office. They never answer the phone. They do not follow up with you as they tell you. You have to drive to the office to follow up on anything. And then they can't help you. All they do here is reach out to the main corporate office to get the info you need and never get back to you with it. I have been running in circles with this place with zero resolution. There is a woman there who never returns your calls, even though she says she will. It's so unprofessional. Switch to another insurance company. Update: I’m not sure what you are talking about because I never had an appointment with you. Or with anyone at your office. It is unprofessional of you to lie and point the finger back at me. This is a prime example of why no one should do business with you
