i have been a customer for 5 years. in the last 3 months i have reached out to this office multiple times with little to no response from anyone. their customer service is terrible. can’t wait to finally have my policy canceled

I have been with this company for almost 30 years. Philip Bankston took care of me after much damage from Hurricane Katrina. He always gave me the benefit of the doubt. We were in a terrible wreck and he and Brandon again took care of us, paying in full for our totaled car. Brandon has been our ‘go to’ person. When I have a question, he is faithful, prompt and honest to answer right away. He is patient and thorough. He helped me analyze what works best for us. Five stars from a satisfied customer.

This office used to be very customer service friendly but now they are all smug. I have been a client for almost 20 years and we have dropped everything except a term life policy that I’m moving to another State Farm office.Sent the office manager an email asking for a phone call weeks ago. Nothing.
