My policy went up almost double for a 6 month policy so I went online and got insurance with a new company for $1300 cheaper for a 6 month policy and you guys raised my premium $900. So I did what a normal person would do and canceled with Allstate. Then I notice I get a refund for $280 less than I expected around so I called the office. I was told my policy started 3 weeks before I made a payment which is taken out automatically through autopay and because I picked the middle of the month it does that. In other words Im not paying ahead for insurance which I’ve never heard of before and bc I wasn’t paying attention to the schedule ahead of time I’m out $280 or whatever the rate is adjusted to with my new company. I am very unsatisfied and will never use Allstate again and will be telling

This agent is great. I have been with Allstate for a while and haven’t had to make a claim, so I cannot speak to the insurance coverage, but the agency is great. This is the second agent I have had with Allstate. I was with another agent that constantly hassled me and contacted me to sell me services, and it was a bad experience. This agency has a lot of service to offer but they don’t bother you with them if you aren’t interested in other services. Check them out.
