Very seldom do I ever leave reviews… However I was in a jammed up position with my present insurance company and i needed a coi for a new office and warehouse space .. in short it was a nightmare and I was crunched for time with the new month just started and I had to move out and the new landlord needed the coi with special verbiage to render the keys.. So frank was recommended to me by my realtor and I reached out to him.. Frank was very courteous, professional and very fast. He understood exactly what I needed and did not hesitate to assist me He expedited everything and had it ready for me in a very timely manner and for that I am very grateful.. Wow is all I can say and I do not use that word loosely! I called with a serious concern for insuring my business and was immediately handled initially by Frank and then Chris took over. I had to leave a review because it’s just that fantastic! I was rushing to get compliant for my business to handle a large job and Chris went right to work and thoroughly helped me.
