Peterson Insurance Services LLC: Allstate Insurance

I had 6 policies with Peterson Insurance Services; you would think when I have a question I could get a call back. In the beginning they were fine, but recently they have been frustrating. A few weeks ago I left a couple of voice messages, and after several days I received an email, which was a half-hearted answer to my question. In the end they didn't follow through with the guidance they gave me. I have since changed local agents, and it has been a night and day difference.

Hayley is so great to work with! Communication is great and she is quick to reply ! She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond! I’ve worked with good agents in the past but Hayley is one of the greats!!! She just raised the bar for other insurance agents! Keep up the great work!

These guys are ok at best. I was transferred to them when my former agent went belly up. I didn't shop for or vet them. They inherited me. Their prices have gone up dramatically since I have been with them. And I get the feeling they don't really care about me. I called one time and they guy seemed annoyed I was calling and didn't help resolve my issue. They sent me an email asking for a review. Here you go.
