Peter Beatrice Insurance

I've been working with Beatrice Insurance for about a year. It's time for renewal. I got the info about renewal from Kyle on 11/5/25. I responded via email on 11/13, 11/18, and 11/30 and all three of those emails received no response from anyone at the agency. I called twice on 12/2 with no answer and I called again on 12/3 and left a voicemail. I got a call back a few hours later from Kyle. He simply said "I got your message" and told me they couldn't help me on my auto policy. I asked what the reason was for why there was no response for nearly a month and he said "we've been busy." Ultimately I told him that I will shop around and I'm quite surprised that there wasn't even a simple apology for ghosting me. His response "we've been very busy, Will."
