Every time I reach out, Rosa is incredibly responsive and helpful, and Mary is just as amazing. Their customer service is always on point they are proactive, reliable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. I’m truly thankful and appreciative of the team they’ve built. You can really feel the trust, dedication, and professionalism in everything they do. I honestly wish there were more insurance agencies like this one. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by amazing staff members. The lady by the name of Kristina opened the door and welcomed me in. Agent Miriam was such a kind and sweet young lady she made sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. The manager Rosa was such a sweetheart and made sure that I was being helped accordingly and made sure that all my insurance needs were met. I can honestly say the lauderhill location has defiantly done a 360 with this manager Rosa and her staff. I was in and out.
