Penny's Insurance

My wife hit a deer 3 years ago never had a ticket a wreck and they said it was high risk and I went to cancel a truck I sold and they told me it would cost 180$ to cancel they are crooked would never use them again

They will guarantee you a discount if you can show proof of a previous insurance policy and then two months later you will receive a letter stating that the discount has been discontinued and that the monthly rate will now be higher than the agreed upon and signed for amount. And don't even think for a minute you'll ever reach anyone on the phone as they answer, immediately place you on hold without saying a word, and then disconnect the call in time frames that range from one minute to thirty minutes. I attempted to fax a letter to them only to have that fail numerous times as the fax line is indefinitely busy...most likely off the hook. This is obviously a fly by night operation that has absolutely no sense of propriety or customer service. If it's this bad now just think how bad it wil
