Peggy Malone is rude and completely unprofessional, if I could give no stars that’s what I would give. As a customer I was appalled by her unprofessionalism on the phone and lack of customer service. Not only was the things she said on the phone unprofessional, the icing on the cake is when she hung up on me. I wouldn’t recommend her if she was the last agent in town!
Peggy Malone and all of her staff is so friendly and quick to help me if we have questions on our policies. We love State Farm and their team!
