Great customer service! I love Ms. Juanita! She is definitely an angel & heaven sent! I didn’t have any insurance & had an expired tag! I was pulled over by the police otw taking my son to school one morning! Ms. Juanita got me the lowest quote possible…I got my insurance…left there & went straight to the DMV to get my tag! I’ve been having a rough time financially so my insurance lapsed on me! Thank God for Ms. Juanita🙏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾I’m back in the game😇I will be referring more ppl to her! I wish I could give 10 stars! I HIGHLY recommend switching to Peach State Insurance💯 Once I get back on track, I will be switching to full coverage. Yall have a loyal customer now that will be staying for years to come☺️🤞🏾💯

The representative was very attentive to my concerns. She worked hard to make sure that my needs were met. She most definitely went above and beyond to get the job done. She the most professional insurance agent I have ever had to talk with. She most certainly took her job personally and outshined in every aspect.

I called Peach State before I went and was quoted a Price..When I got there I was given a different price and was told that because I wasn't done paying for my house that I wasn't a homeowner so I didn't qualify for the discount.... I'm 65 and never had a ticket or Accident...I don't drive over 50 miles a month because I'm disabled...I paid 157.00 when I signed up and Another 149.00 on the 23rd. Of the same Month also I was 15.00 because I was told that you charge for the 10 days grace period...When I went to pay it I was charged an extra 5.00 for using my Debit card ...I asked why didn't they tell me it was a fee for using debit card.. I've never felt like I have been scammed in my entire life....No one can give you a definitive answer...Worse experience in my entire life 😡😡Just look at t
