She was very friendly, patient, and professional, and made the whole process so much easier than I expected. They were close to closing, but she still took her time and made sure everything was handled properly without rushing me. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out. They were unprofessionally dressed. Flip flops hair was unprofessional. Did not know how to answer questions. Meaning they were not aware of how to properly communicate information. They give out wrong prices. When they could just tell u the whole thing. AS IN YOUR WHOLE TOTAL! They play games on the phone. They don't answer the phone. NO RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMERS ONCE SO EVER! NEVER COME TO THIS OFFICE.!!!! UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED AND DISGUSTED. NEED NEW MORE PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE IN THAT BUNCH.!!!!!
